Utility Coach is a Level 2 B-BBEE company that was established during 2018 in order to bring together the vast experience of utility professionals. Our purpose is to help African economies grow by providing specialist electricity utility training and support.

Our team has deep experience in large, entrepreneurial and public entities delivering growth and transformation. We have sat on both sides of the table, as senior executives and as consultants at international consulting firms.
The team understands the electricity market, the supply and demand value chain, its regulation together with specific technical and operational challenges that face many utilities world over. We have lived through the energy crisis, dwindling electricity sales and industry reforms, in South Africa and have first-hand experience in developing and overseeing implementation of response strategies for these imperatives.

Collectively, our core team has more than 100 years of experience in the Electricity Supply ( ESI) and Distribution Industry (EDI) with targeted project experience in multiple countries.
